Is the tour really private?
Yes. One booking = one group. You will never be mixed with strangers. The flat price covers up to four guests.
What if it rains?
Light rain: we walk with umbrellas and duck into more covered alleys — it's atmospheric. Heavy weather: we offer a free date change or full refund.
Can you handle dietary restrictions on the food crawl?
Vegetarian and most allergies, yes — tell us when booking or in the chat. Strict vegan or halal needs a heads-up at least 48 hours ahead so we can adjust the counters we visit.
Are kids welcome?
Absolutely on the twilight walk (strollers OK on most of the route). The izakaya crawl is 20+ due to venue rules.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the start. 50% between 72 and 24 hours. Within 24 hours, no refund — but we always try to rebook you first.
How do I pay?
Card at booking (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Food and drinks on the twilight walk are pay-as-you-go; the izakaya crawl includes all food and one drink per stop.
Where do we meet?
Each tour page lists the meeting point; your confirmation email includes an exact pin and photo directions. Both are easy to reach by train.
Do you speak my language?
Tours run in English. Our chat answers in almost any language, any hour.
